How do I know which size to pick?

Every box includes two pairs in two sizes. The S+M pack fits most women and the M+L pack fits most men. Try both sizes — one will seal perfectly. Most customers get the right fit on the first try.

How much noise do they actually block?

HearLume is ANSI certified at –12dB NRR with peak attenuation up to –20dB. That's enough to bring a 110dB concert down to a safer ~98dB — still loud and exciting, but below the threshold for hearing damage.

Can I reuse them? How long do they last?

Yes — HearLume earplugs are fully reusable. The acoustic filters last indefinitely with proper care. We recommend replacing the TPE ear tips every 6–12 months depending on usage. Replacement tips and filters are available separately.

Will I still be able to talk to people?
