Promotional Terms & Conditions

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, discount codes, and special offers provided by HearLume. By using a promotional code or participating in a sale, you agree to these terms.

1. General Discount Code Rules

  • One Code Per Order: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order. "Stacking" multiple codes (e.g., using a 10% off code on top of a 20% off site-wide sale) is not permitted.
  • Order Minimums: If a code requires a minimum purchase (e.g., "$10 off orders over $50"), the minimum is calculated based on the subtotal after other discounts but before shipping and taxes.
  • No Cash Value: Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

2. Collaboration & Limited Edition Exclusions

Due to the nature of our partnerships, certain products are excluded from site-wide sales and standard discount codes.

  • Excluded Items: All "Collaboration Series" products (including Artist Series and Team/Venue branded editions) are excluded from general promotional offers unless specifically mentioned in the promotion.
  • HearLume x Partner: Products created in partnership with third-party artists or organizations are subject to their own pricing rules.

3. "Buy One, Get One" (BOGO) Offers

  • Returns: If you return an item purchased during a BOGO promotion, the discount is voided. For a full refund, both items (the "paid" item and the "free/discounted" item) must be returned.
  • Partial Returns: If only the "paid" item is returned, the refund will be the price of the paid item minus the current full retail price of the "free" item you kept.

4. Final Sale Items

  • Deep Discounts: Any item discounted by 30% or more from the original retail price is considered Final Sale.
  • Hygiene Standard: Due to the personal nature of earplugs, Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged once the factory seal is broken, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

5. Free Shipping Promotions

  • Free shipping offers apply only to standard shipping within the United States (unless otherwise specified).
  • The "Free Shipping" threshold is calculated on the final subtotal after all discounts have been applied.

6. Modification & Expiration

HearLume reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice. In the event of a stock shortage or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed using an unauthorized or malfunctioning discount code.
