1. Remove earplugs from metal case (medium tips are pre-installed)

 

2. Pull ear up and back, insert earplug

3. Check fit: should seal ear canal

To change sizes, see below:

Remove: squeeze ear tip just below filter to eject it

Install: insert filter into new size tip at angle (logo out). Push firmly until seated.
