HearLume wasn't founded as a business venture; it was born from a personal struggle.

My name is Corey - after a night at a live music show, I left with that all-too-familiar post-event ringing. But to my surprise, when I woke up the next day, the ringing was still there. After a doctor explained that this was Tinnitus and the ringing would never go away, I set out on a mission to find the perfect hearing protection that could save hearing without compromising the experience of a show.

Frustrated by poor fits and muffled audio, I decided to create a company to provide what I couldn't find.
